TERM LIMITS

Baltimore City voters made term limits for elected officials a reality in November 2022 as they opted to support the ballot initiative – Question K – by an overwhelming margin. 72 percent of voters (98,529) who weighed in on the issue favored term limits, while 39,604 voted against the ballot question. The charter amendment will take effect in 2024.
